Reservation Policy

• The Audio/Video Recording Studio can be reserved Monday-Friday from 8:30a-4:30p.
• Please check out the key to the room from the Library Service Desk on Level 2R.
• When the Studio is not scheduled, please inquire at the Library Service Desk (8a-5p) to get access to the room. The schedule is subject to last-minute changes.
• We reserve the right to move any unattended personal items to lost and found, which is located at the Library’s Service Desk on Level 2R.
