Starting May 25, 2025, NIH will require those applying for grants or those that have grants to use SciENcv to create NIH-formatted biosketches. SciENcv is a researcher profile system for individuals applying for, receiving, or associated with research investments from federal agencies like NIH. You can access SciENcv through My NCBI at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sciencv.
